What to expect now your application is submitted.

Your application is now being processed and underwritten for approval. We should get a decision on your application within 24 business hours, but it may take longer, no more than 48 to 72 business hours. We will contact you if we need more information for your transaction. Once conditionally approved, we will review the loan terms and let you know what documents we need to get final approval for your loan. We will send you the loan documents once we have the documents to fund your transaction. Once you sign your loan documents, your loan will be funded within 24 to 48 business hours. Sometimes an inspection of the equipment will be done before funding.
