We have a project we have been working on for years. We needed $5 million to complete it. No lender would lend us the funds we needed to complete the project. The project took about 12 months to complete. We needed some equity in the transaction, but we were able to get all of it back plus 25% to make the loan payments and we were able to finish the project, open on time and now we are making more revenue than ever.
