High CLTV (Combined Loan to Value) Program

This program is for real estate investors who do not want to put down a lot of money to purchase property. 100% financing for rehab costs. No debt servicing required. No income documentation is required. No experience is required. Min credit score of 650.

Ground Up Construction

Our program allows you to self-build or hire a builder for your project. This program allows you to purchase the land you want to build on. If you began your build and need to complete it, this program can help you with that as well. You do not need any experience or have done ground-up construction in the past. This program can be used to do your first project.

Jumbo Project Funding

This program is for projects that are out of the box or for large projects. It goes up to 125% loan to value. It does require 30% equity in the transaction. There is no minimum credit score required. The minimum loan amount is 4 million. Payments can also be delayed. The applications of this program are endless.

Start-Up Business Funding Program

If you need funding to start your own business, this program is for you. No time in business is required. You don’t even need to have your business formed, but it’s a good idea it. No business revenue is required. A business plan is not required, but it’s good to have one. You just need to have good credit with a score of 620 or better.

Working Capital

Business owners that need funding quickly, as soon as the same day, without having perfect credit. In fact, this program does not require a credit score. You just need to be in business in as little as a few months and the business needs to be generating monthly revenue.

Business Line of Credit

Get a revolving line of credit of up to $250,000. The business must have at least $250,000 a year in revenue. The minimum credit score is 700. Most business types are considered. Restrictions apply.
